Physical books: dispatch and delivery
Estimated dispatch times after an order are:
- Express: within 2–4 business days.
- Economy or Standard: within 5–8 business days.
These estimates refer to when an order ships. Delivery estimates depend on the delivery option and destination shown during checkout. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Available delivery options and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Digital products
Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered electronically to the email address provided with the order. Physical shipping estimates do not apply to digital products. If your order includes digital products and paperbacks, they are supplied separately.
Delays, missing orders and delivery problems
If you have not received access to a digital purchase, a shipping confirmation within the estimated dispatch period, or a physical order within its estimated delivery period, email info@alfirdawsofficial.com with your order number. Please check your spam or junk folder for order emails.
We will investigate delivery problems and provide any delay notice, cancellation option, replacement or refund required by applicable law. Shipping estimates do not remove your mandatory consumer rights. See our Refund and Exchange Policy for refund and exchange requests.
Returns
Contact us before posting an item so we can provide the correct return instructions and address. The business contact address below is not automatically the return destination. A timely statutory cancellation notice does not depend on our approval, and no reason is required where the law permits cancellation without one.
